ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR ARGENTINA VISA
1. Indian National holding a valid Indian passport can apply for Argentina Visa.
2. Person wishes to travel to Argentina for the purpose of Tourism/Family or friends Visit/Business can apply visa through Visa Lounge. Person who seeks employment in Argentina is not eligible to apply through Visa Lounge.
3. Travel insurance is mandatory requirement for passengers traveling to Argentina. Visa Lounge also provides Travel Insurance to passengers at an additional cost.
Eligible for Argentina E- Visa
Kindly provide the below color scan documents to apply Argentina e-visa :
- 1. Passport copies (First & last Page data page, a clear scan copies OF PASSPORT)
- 2. Valid USA B1/B2 Visa copy
- 3. Confirmed Return air tickets.
- 4. Confirmed Hotel voucher.
- 5. Applicants contact number and email id.
- 6. Vaccination certificate copy.
- 7. Applicant occupational details such as company name + address + designation + monthly income + Mobile number & email id.
Processing Time: 7 to 10 Working days.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
Business :
1. Passport: must be valid for a minimum of six (6) months from the intended date of entry and have at least two (2) completely free pages left, for the Consular visa stamp and the Argentina’s Migration entry and leaving stamps.
2. Visa application form: Handwritten visa form should be filled in with (BLUE INK). All questions must be answered and the form must be signed by the applicant. Incomplete or incorrect forms will not be accepted.
3. Photo: Two (2) recent passport style, color photograph (4 x 4 cm). White background. Front Face.
4. Letter from the Company/Organization (please provide also a non-official translation into Spanish) addressed to the Consul requesting the transitory Business Visa, containing:
a. A brief profile of the corporation/company/business.
b. Full name, nationality and passport number of the applicant and his position/title within the Organization.
c. Confirmation of the purpose and duration of the visit; full names, addresses and telephone numbers of all businesses and persons you will contact in Argentina, and whether your employer assumes moral and financial responsibility while the applicant is in Argentina.
5. A confirmation letter from a Chamber of Commerce or Industry/Trade local Institution, attesting the membership of the Company or, a certified copy of the official “Certificate of Incorporation” of the Company with the India Ministry of Industry and Commerce.
6. Brief information on your Company’s business interest in Argentina.
7. An Invitation letter from the Argentine company certified by an Argentinean Notary Public AND then attested by the "Colegio de Escribanos".
Note: The letter must be in original form (no photocopies or faxes will be accepted), written in or translated into Spanish, on company letter-head paper, signed by the person in charge.
8. Important: The authorized signature of the inviting/requesting organization in Argentina, must also be registered at the "Registro Nacional Unico de Requirentes de Extranjeros" (RENURE), Department of the "Direction Nacional de Migraciones" (Immigration Authority). The company Letter or agency inviting foreign citizens to Argentina, should indicate in the invitation the registration number of the company or agency at the RENURE.
Please Note: a) If the applicant is going to a Trade Fair, Congress (commercial/economic issues) or Exhibition, he must accredit the inscription of the fair or exhibition to which he ‘she is going to attend in the RENURE.

b) Include the following paragraph in the invitation letter: "As I am inviting the foreigners, I have read and understood the terms established in Chapter VI of Law 25.871, articles 116, 117, 118, 119, 120 and 121."
c) Indicate that the party inviting has informed the foreigner that he/she must leave the Argentine territory once the period of performance authorized in his / her visa has ended.
9. Proof of Hotel reservation in Argentina: either guaranteed by a credit card or paid in full.
10. Ticket Reservation: Copy of the airline flight roundtrip ticket reservation (Airline copy). One way tickets will not be accepted.
11. Evidence of funds to support your trip and stay in Argentina: copy of applicant’s bank statements for the last six months, certified or attested by the bank, and copy of an international credit card (if available).
12. Schengen and US Visa: If you possess a Schengen or U.S Visa (Valid or recently expired Visa) then, kindly attach a copy of each of them.
13. If the applicant owns the business a copy of the tax returns for the last 3 years. (Preferable)
14. Personal Interview: All visa applicants without exception are requested to be present for a personal interview with a consular officer. Appointment for this personal interviews is recommended.
15. Travel Insurance covering the duration of the stay in Argentina. (Preferable)
To avoid inconveniences, applicants are advised to submit their application at least thirty (30) days prior to the proposed date of departure. Application for a Visa requested within 10 days of date of departure will not be accepted.
In accordance with the relevant Law of the Argentine Republic and the international practice, the Consul is entitled to refuse the visa and request for more documents apart from the above mentioned list.
Tourist/Family:
1. Passport: must be valid for a minimum of six (6) months from the intended date of entry and have at least two (2) completely free pages left, for the Consular visa stamp and Argentina’s Migration entry & exit stamps. Photo copy of passport (1st and last page) must be presented for verification and included at the time of submission.
2. Visa application form: Must be a 3-page Visa form (cannot be back-to-back) and handwritten by the applicant in (BLUE INK). All questions must be answered and the form must be signed by the applicant. Incomplete or incorrect forms shall not be accepted.
3. Photo: Two (2) recent passport style, color photograph (4 x 4 cm). White background. Front Face.
4. Cover letter by the applicant, addressed to the Visa Section of the Consulate General of Argentina in Mumbai, must include the following: purpose of visit, duration of stay in Argentina, passport details of the applicant, passport details of those accompanying the applicant, who will bear all the expenses for the trip.

5. Letter from the employer sanctioning applicant’s leave for the trip.
(Must be on the letter-head of the company, signed by the person in charge, presented in original. Photocopies or faxes shall not be accepted)
OR
Copy of the Certificate of Incorporation (Only applicable for entrepreneurs and their family)
6. Travel itinerary in Spanish (corresponding to the tickets provided)
7. Round trip flight tickets (Must be dummy reservations)
[Please note that internal flight or bus tickets and/or cruise booking must also be included, if applicable]
8. Hotel reservations corresponding to flight tickets and itinerary (Must be dummy reservations)
Note: If an applicant plans to stay at the residence of a family member or friend, who is an Argentine resident, then “original” invitation letter in Spanish must be presented, duly signed by the inviter, certified by an Argentinean Notary Public and then attested by the "Colegio de Escribanos". [Kindly forward the attached draft of the invitation letter to the inviter in Argentina]

9. Applicant’s salary slips (3 months, latest) [If not applicable for self, please add trip sponsor’s]
10. Applicant’s personal, consolidated bank statements attested by the bank (6 months, latest)

11. ITR (3 years, latest)
12. Copy of valid/latest US visa (if any)
13. Travel Insurance covering the entire duration of the stay and the expenses for COVID-19 (mandatory)
14. Aadhar card copy
15. COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
Personal Interview: All visa applicants without exception are requested to be present for a personal interview with a consular officer. Appointment for the personal interviews is shall be confirmed on completion of the verification process.
Please note that it is advisable to apply 3 weeks in advance to avoid any inconvenience.
PROCESSING TIME
Approximately 3 weeks. There is no fixed collection date.
Cases gets referred and collection depends on approval and visa stamping takes minimum 5 working days after approval
PAYMENTS
Applicants can pay Visa and other fees through Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking and IVR.
