ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR KAZAKHSTAN VISA
1. Indian National holding a valid Indian passport can apply for Kazakhstan Visa.
2. Person wishes to travel to Kazakhstan for the purpose of Tourism/Family or friends Visit/Business can apply visa through Visa Lounge. Person who seeks employment in Kazakhstan is not eligible to apply through Visa Lounge.
3. Travel insurance is mandatory requirement for passengers traveling to Kazakhstan. Visa Lounge also provides Travel Insurance to passengers at an additional cost.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
Business:
1. Valid passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of travel.
2. 1 Form. (To be filled by the applicant)
3. 2 Photos (white background).
4. Covering Letter addressed to The Visa Officer, Embassy of Republic of Kazakhstan on company letter head mentioning name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit in brief. The letter should be duly signed by authorized signatory with company stamp
5. Approval copy from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Kazak Company profile of Indian Company.
Please Note:
1. If your stay in Kazakhstan does exceed more than 5 days then applicants have to register with the local Migration Police.
2. If applicant is applying for Multiple Entry visa, he has to undergo Medical by the Authorized Hospital, Holy Angels Hospital, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi, Contact number: 01143357700, 9811214431, E-Mail : dranoopraj2000@yahoo.com.
3. Embassy may ask for Personal presence.

IMPORTANT POINTS FOR FAST TRACK VISAS
1. Personal interview of the applicant at embassy is mandatory
2.Applicant to visit Embassy after Submission on Monday, Wednesday or Friday. Without personal interview of the applicant, the Embassy will not issue any visa at all.
3. Computerized Letter Head is not accepted.
4. For Long Stay (i.e. over 6 months), HIV Certificate is Must from a local doctor, which will be verified by the Doctor in Delhi, approved by the Embassy.
