ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR SLOVENIA VISA
1. Indian National holding a valid Indian passport can apply for Slovenia Visa.
2. Person wishes to travel to Slovenia for the purpose of Tourism/Family or friends Visit/Business can apply visa through Visa Lounge. Person who seeks employment in Slovenia is not eligible to apply through Visa Lounge.
3. Travel insurance is mandatory requirement for passengers traveling to Slovenia. Visa Lounge also provides Travel Insurance to passengers at an additional cost.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
Business:
1. Original Passport with validity of minimum three months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp
a) Copy of relevant passport pages, including all visas of last three years.
Please note:
a) Passports issued beyond 10 yrs will not be accepted by the Embassy.
b) Attach all your old passports (if any)
c) Handwritten passports will not be accepted.
2. One visa application form duly filled and signed by the applicant.
Please note : Applicant mobile number should be mentioned in visa form as Embassy / Consulate can contact the applicant at any point of time during visa processing
3. Two recent passport size colored photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm)
Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old,scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
4. Covering-letter from applicant on company’s letter head mentioning his name, designation,passport number, purpose and duration of visit. The letter should be addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia, New Delhi.
5. Invitation Letter from Slovenian host / inviting Company on its letter head stating the purpose of travel and duration of stay and should be duly signed with signatory’s name and designation.
6. Financials:
a) Company and Personal ITR for last 2 years
b) Original Company and Personal Bank Statement for last three months with Seal & Sign. Note: Bank statement Should be on A4 Size Paper.
c) Three months salary slip
7. Proof of Occupation
a) Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation
b) Brief Company Profile
c) Articles of Memorandum (Incase the applicant is MD/Director)
d) Proof of Proprietorship / Partnership (In case applicant is Proprietor / Partner in a firm)
e) Import / Export License (if applicable)
8. Ticket Itinerary (Travel date should be of 15 working days from the date of submission of the application)
9. Hotel Confirmation
Hotel Should match the ticket dates.
10. Original & Copy of Medical Insurance for the stay duration amounting to 30,000 Euros.Please Note : Insurance has to be done by the Authorized Insurance Companies
11. New Procedure for Schengen Visa Applications: With immediate effect, Indian citizens travelling to Schengen countries for short-term (max 90 days in 180 days) will have to visit VFS visa application centre personally to provide biometric data (fingerprints and digital photograph). For subsequent applications within next 5 years the biometric data will be copied from the previous visa application included in the VIS.

12. Applicant has to come for biometrics, even if he/she has undergone biometrics procedure earlier.
Tourist:

b) Salary slip for last 03 month

a) Leave Sanction Letter from school
b) Parents have to provide ITR, Bank statement and NOC letter
