ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR EGYPT VISA

1. Indian National holding a valid Indian passport can apply for Egypt Visa.
2. Person wishes to travel to Egypt for the purpose of Tourism/Family or friends Visit/Business can apply visa through Visa Lounge. Person who seeks employment in Egypt is not eligible to apply through Visa Lounge.
3. Travel insurance is mandatory requirement for passengers traveling to Egypt. Visa Lounge also provides Travel Insurance to passengers at an additional cost.

EGYPT E-VISA

Note, For Indian nationality is only available for it to submit a visa application if it is within a group with the guarantee letter of an approved tourist agent.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED (Scanned copies for Tourist E-Visa):

1. Clear colored Front and Last full page of Valid Indian passport copies with minimum validity of six months.

2. Guarantee letter from approved tourist agent and provide the host

3. Guarantee contact person’s name, tour agent’ s address and Mobile No & email id.

4. Return Air ticket copy/ Travelling dates

5. Profession..

6. Applicant contact number and email Id.

WHICH VISA IS FOR ME ?

As per your needs you can choose from the below mentioned available options and apply for the visa which meet your requirements.

PROCESSING TIME : -

The Normal processing time is 03-04 Egypt Working Days except for Saturday, Sunday and any Egypt Holidays.

However, it may take some more time if it is pending with the Security Department.

PAYMENTS :-

Applicants can pay Visa and other fees through Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking and IVR.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
Business:
1. Passport: Valid for at least six months with a minimum of two blank pages available. Please attach all old passports, (if available). Passport has been issued within the previous 10 years, and the validity must not exceed 10 years.
2. If applying from Mumbai: One Visa application form to be filled in completely and signed by the applicant. 
3. Photographs: Two recent color photographs in white background close up of full face and 35 mm x 45 mm in size
4. Company Covering Letter : Original covering letter from the applicant mentioning name, address Nationality, Passport no, designation, the purpose of visit overseas along with the duration, the date of travel and about expenses during visit. Letter should be address to the visa officer, The Consulate General of Egypt, Mumbai. 
5. Invitation Letter: Invitation letter from invitee company the applicant mentioning name, address nationality, Passport no, the purpose of visit overseas along with the duration, the date of travel and about expenses during visit. Letter should be address to the visa officer, Consulate General of Egypt, Mumbai.
6. Financial Documents:-
Updated Original Bank Statements for the last 6 month minimum balance of Rs.80,000 with bank seal and sign.
Salary slip for last three month
7. Airline Reservation : Ticket copy

Tourist:
1. Passport: Valid for at least six months with a minimum of two blank pages available. Please attach all old passports, (if available). Passport has been issued within the previous 10 years, and the validity must not exceed 10 years.
2. If applying from Mumbai: One Visa application form to be filled in completely and signed by the applicant. 
3. Photographs: Two recent color photographs in white background close up of full face and 35 x 45 mm in size. (see specimen attached)
4. Company Covering Letter: Original covering letter from the applicant on company letter head (if self employed) to mentioning name, address Nationality, Passport no, designation, the purpose of visit overseas along with the duration, the date of travel and about expenses during visit. Letter should be address to the visa officer, The Consulate General of Egypt,
5. Proof of Occupation 
If self employed
Company registration copy/partnership deed copy/ Shop establishment copy/ company memorandum copy etc. 
 If company employee
Company NOC letter- (see specimen attached)
Salary slip for last 06 month with company seal and sign
6. Financial documents:-
Updated Original Bank Statements for the last 6 month minimum balance of Rs.80,000 with bank seal and sign.
Credit Card copy front and back
7. Hotel Booking: Hotel confirmation voucher

09 to 10 working days

IMPORTANT POINTS FOR FAST TRACK VISAS 
NOTE: 
If Applicant is student, then ID card copy of the institution in which he/she is studying is MUST.
"For all category visas minimum Validity of passport should be 6 months"
